Can you recommend vendors for my event?
Yes, we have a Preferred Vendor List we can certainly send to you.
Can I bring in a DJ?
Yes. We must have a copy of their liability insurance before they are allowed into the space to set-up. No exceptions. We do have a preferred vendor list that we can recommend DJ off of.
What if I already booked my DJ and he is not insured?
We must have a copy of the DJ’s liability insurance before they are allowed into the space to set-up. This is a company policy, no exceptions.
Do you need to know who my vendors are?
Yes. It is very important that you let us know what vendors will be making deliveries or setting things up for your event. Please give us a week’s notice on all vendors for your event.
When can my vendors make deliveries?
They can make deliveries upon room opening, 11AM, if there is not an event being hosted at that time.
Do you have a service elevator?
