I love the combination of the black beans with the house salsa that's served with the chips. When I order a side of black beans for take-out, I order an extra side of the salsa. A marriage made in heaven.

My favorite salad, to which I add grilled salmon. The yummy red dressing "makes" the meal. I usually ask for extra beets. LOL! I don't order beets elsewhere. These beets are delish. If I'm doing take-out, I make two meals out of the salmon salad, and I add sides of black beans and a cup of pozole rojo. Heavenly!

Wonderfully flavorful unique soup. Plus the mix of textures - crunchy fresh veggies on top of the soup. For me, a cup is just the right amount. When ordering takeout, the fresh veggies and lime are packaged separately. The soup "keeps" in the fridge and is good reheated. (Add the fresh veggies after heating the soup.) The bare ingredients aren't familiar or appealing. The magic happens in the MM kitchen. Kudos to the chef!
